Free fitness and sport programs

Fitness and sport programs are also offered at Monol for free. From a tamer choice of exercise such as yoga, pilates, and golf, to a more intense physical activity like boxing and mixed martial arts, students now have various choices to learn and discover new interests while keeping themselves fit.

GYM

Apart from using the gym to stay fit, students can also sign up for classes provided by the academy’s gym instructor. These classes are alternative to self-study, which is done from 19:00-21:00.

What you can learn at the Monol gym:

  • Body building exercises, Weight training, Boxing, Self-defense, Mixed martial arts

YOGA & PILATES

Those who wish to learn can sign up for the Yoga and Pilates classes done every Mondays to Fridays from 17:00-21:00. These classes can be the students’ alternative to self-study as well.

What you learn in yoga and Pilates classes:

  • Harden your abs with core workout sequences, Flexibility, Toning of muscles, Increase muscle strength and endurance with total balance exercises

GOLF

Monol’s golf class is also one of the possible alternatives of students for self-study. The instructor, who is available from 17:00-21:00, teaches basic to advanced routines on the sport, at the same time, assists those who already know it during their practice swinging at the range.

What you learn in golf classes:

(A) Beginner class: Golf equipment, proper posture, grip and swing
(B) Advanced class: Golf etiquette and terminologies, games and matches
