Monol Weekend Trip Vigan February 2023

It is the second month of 2023, and Monol is just getting started with its fun-filled weekend trips. On February 4, the students enjoyed a calm trip to the north.

Vigan is one of the oldest towns in the Philippines, and it is a Unesco World Heritage Site. Moreover, the city is also one of the best remaining examples of a Spanish colonial village in Asia. From Calle Crisologo to Vigan Cathedral to Baluarte Safari Gallery, the students has discovered Philippine history, culture, and local beauty.

The students gathered at 7:30 AM for their 4-hour trip to the old city. Moreover, there were a total of 7 students and 3 staff members who attended. This time, students from China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and Saudi Arabia participated.

Aside from the destination, students also got to see different places along the way. Being able to sit comfortably in the bus while passing by La Union and Candon is truly a bonus.

Conclusion

It is just the second month of the year, yet Monol has been quite action-packed already. Beginning the year with an influx of students from different parts of the world makes 2023 quite a promising year for Monol. In return, the academy ensures that students get quality English training and some additional fun. Weekend trips are a way to help students who feel overwhelmed by studying the English language. Aside from that, weekend trips are a great way for students to meet new people and apply what they learn in their classrooms. Now, Monol has already set up and gone to Vigan City, ilocos Sur.
