With determination, MONOL was able to keep all services running at the onset of the pandemic. We have accommodated our teachers and service personnel on the campus to cater to the needs of the students who had difficulty going back to their home countries. Classes were uninterrupted, and everyone spent their days inside MONOL comfortably, despite the restriction to leave the school’s premises.
As an appreciation and support to our workforce, we still house some of our employees on the campus, as MONOL ONLINE goes full blast. We have gradually resumed the different operations of our departments, and we commit to continue our services until the last student leaves the academy.
Despite the crisis, MONOL strives to create a safe space for its employees and students while maintaining quality services.
At the moment, we have deployed 70% of our teachers to MONOL ONLINE, and we hope to reach the full extent soon. When we open our offline courses once again, all our teachers will be qualified to handle both our face-to-face and online classes.
