The 3+1 program of Monol is a unique living arrangement of students with a room teacher. As a special accommodation arrangement, room teachers also organize regular activities to enrich the learning and living experience of their roommates.
Further, it has become a practice of room teachers and students to cultivate a relationship that goes beyond what is expected of an educator and learner.
